This includes programs to target common problem areas like the hip, back, and neck, as well as massages for specific purposes, like fatigue recovery and relaxation. There are 8 automatic massage modes on this iRest massage chair. One example is its Thai Stretching function, which relieves muscle pain, stiffness, and fatigue with gradual, gentle stretching that can actuall improve your flexibility and give you a greater range of motion over time. These angles can also be used in conjunction with the massage programs. Find our buyer’s guide to zero-gravity massage chairs Whichever one you choose, the chair keeps your knees and heart aligned, a position shown to reduce pressure on the circulatory system and stimulate better circulation. The Space Capsule Zero Gravity system on the iRest SL Track Massage Chair has three different zero gravity angles to choose from, letting users find the ideal recline level for them to truly relax. It also has a space-saving recline, shifting forward as it tilts back, meaning it can be placed closer to the wall than a typical recliner. It’s just under 30 inches wide, meaning it can fit through standard doorways without worrying about tears or other issues. Having said that, though, the iRest SL Track Massage Chair is relatively compact compared to other 3D massage chairs. At about 225 pounds, it will definitely need at least two people to move it once it’s assembled, particularly since there are no wheels on the base. If you're willing to spend at 2-3x as much, so $1600-2500, you can get a chair similar to the Kogan S3 but from other brands.Let’s get one thing clear from the start: this is not a small piece of furniture. The S1 is still a good as a person's first massage chair but mostly because of it's price, at only $749 it has Zero G functionality, Heating and is a modern enclosed 'capsule' type design, has a good selection of automatic massage functions as well as being able to assess the body type and it doesn't take up much room even in Zero G Mode.

The Kogan S3 is extremely good value for what it is but sadly it's sold out as of July 2021. Unless a massage chair specifies it has a Track System it will always use a Node system. They cover a greater area, are more capable and can perform different forms of massage style whilst also being a good approximation of a human massage. Track systems are always considered superior to Node systems. Nodes are stuck in place on the chair to cover the various areas of the body, however they always leave gaps and very rarely are there nodes for the buttock and thighs.Ī typical Track system uses two sliding wheels, (sometimes more), that move up and down the spine, in this case since the S3 is an SL Track, it covers all the way down to the buttocks and thighs. The S3 has an Super Long SL track roller system where as the S1 has a 'Node' System. I have a few friends that want to purchase it but they are always out of stock, which generally means they are popular! I have visitors use it all the time and love it.

Have owned the chair around 12 months and has not skipped a beat.

The only downside to this chair is it doesn't massage the neck area which is a huge bummer but again for $799, I can't really complain.

It does have some pre-designed options but essentially the machine just changes the patterns. You can make the setting harder or softer whic. The back massager is great and packs a punch. There is also a great ankle 'biter' which wraps around and releases a lot of tension. The air pumps on your shoulders, arms and legs are nice and firm.
#IREST SL TRACK MASSAGE CHAIR RECLINER BLUETOOTH#
This is great value, it comes with a heating function, bluetooth speaker and lays completely flat (zero gravity mode) which is great as it put your whole body weight onto the chair.
